Relaxing in Sherbrooke

Went down to Sherbrooke, Quebec last weekend. Stayed at the Delta Hotel Resort and Spa. Yeh we thought wow its a SPA but the SPA part was a little overated. None-the-less we made the best of our weekend away from home. The weather though nice in Montreal never got that warm or sunny down in Sherbrooke, what can you do.

We enjoyed each having a great massage and Eric did some swimming in the pool! Fun for him, I chilled in the hot tub! One thing they had really cool in Sherbrooke is cool painted buildings with 3D art on the side of the building to make it look like it did 100 years prior. Check below for examples.

Eric's Tub Time

Anyways, Eric had some crazy tub time this week. Eric really enjoys his bath time he always comes out refreshed and loves going into the water. Like always the snooper came to check if he was doing OK and of course he was.Eric right after he get out of the tub.

Joy's Birthday Un-Surprise

Well Joy's birthday was not such a surprise in the end, but it was a very fun time. By the time I got there she already knew about the surprise by how many places were set at the table like 14! Everyone pitched in, Sivan made spinach salad and cous-cous (which my dad loves) and Shirley made her famous oriental salad which is super tasty and my mom put everything else together.

The poor snoopster couldn't come due the amount of people but I should have brought him anyways. Live and learn. . . anyways many of Joy's friends were there and Oren's parents rounded out the group. Joy had a very nice ice cream birthday cake. Renee, Katie, Laurence and Alana were there also. Eric slept most of the time but he woke up for a little bit at the end to say hello to everyone.

My parents I know enjoyed themselves immensly and even without the suprise Joy enjoyed herself. She got a cool Desperate Housewives board game and 2 new DVDs for her Disney Collection. Once eric woke up everyone played with him a bit and aside from that the night was a large success.

Finally Got a chance to play a little Hockey

This weekend I got a little bit of time off from the baby, and grabbed it so I could go out and play a little hockey. When I got on the ice all the kids were gone, and ended up doing mostly skating but it still felt good!

Another Slammin Dinner . . .

Well another slammin night at the Goldman- Rehan house. Started with Edan coming by for dinner before a quick jaunt up north and finished with ODawg, Zvika and Joy rounding out the dinner table.

The senior Goldmans were chumming it up on the cruise and in San Diego, so the rest of the family came by. Had dinner watched a little TV and entertained the Ericster who bonded with Oren, Joy and his Uncle Edan.Daddy with Eric B.
